and personally I think at times the format process does do cleanups and does not result in a great loss !!! the important things we can always build again, and mostly we have taken a back-up of them too :)
all the best hai to work on the new favorites, sort out the files, get your music playing again ! and having the clean fresh software installed... I can see a better performing machine and mind already :)
